Job Title: Sessional Worker

Salary: £21,260 per year

Job type: Full time. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Part time positions are available.

The Company:

PiP’s mission is to empower adults with learning disabilities to achieve their potential. We are a growing, grassroots charity based in West London, and run a number of key services to promote independence and choice for our service users.

The Candidate:

Our ideal candidates will have experience or understanding of working with people with learning disabilities, or a similar vulnerable service user group, along with a strong commitment to taking a person-centred approach to the role.

We are looking for passionate and effective team players that can work closely with colleagues and PiP service users to affect real change in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.

The Role :

In this diverse role you will be responsible for supporting PIP students and adults with learning disabilities to access learning and development sessions across four pathways:

  • Independent Living Skills.
  • Creative and Performing Arts.
  • Health and Wellbeing.
  • Employment and Vocational Training.
