They are currently recruiting for a Facilities Health & Safety Manager, covering the South East of England, to ensure all facilities are compliant with all building, fire, water and safety regulations.

Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Implement and conduct audits, assessments and inspection routines
  • Prepare Building Assurance reports, including information on compliance status and performance, internally and externally
  • Prepare risk profiles of buildings to assist with work planning
  • Liaise with customer site teams to ensure the building management and Health & Safety profile of the company is professional and efficient.
  • Contribute to accident/incident, dangerous occurrence and near miss investigations promptly and to a high standard
  • Experience & Skills:

  • Expert knowledge and extensive working experience of relevant Health, Safety, Fire, CDM and Environmental regulations & legislation
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as NEBOSH Level 6, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience of implementing HSE management systems as well as risk and performance management techniques
