Rainham School for Girls is seeking to appoint an exceptional Data Manager. –  TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE DATA INFORMATION WITH A STRATEGIC OVERVIEW GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To monitor SIMS to ensure all assessment collection data is entered to deadlines and followed up if necessary Design & prepare student reports for the whole school for publication to parents ensuring total accuracy 

Maintain the SIMS database to ensure accurate information being sent to parents and outside agencies 

To support staff with all aspects of SIMS, 4Matrix & FFT 

Manage all pupil data to ensure we are in line with the General Data Protection Rules Ensure effective roll up of academic years 

Ensure assessment groups set up for academic year  

To assist with other Data and administration tasks where necessary Knowledge of SIMS, 4Matrix & FFT are desirable 

Experience in using Google Sheets/Excel Personal traits:
