Adecco are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Manager to join an innovative car manufacturer in Peterborough. This role is suitable for an HR Manager familiar with employment law who wants a combined hands on and strategic position in both HR and payroll in a full time, permanent capacity.

You will be responsible for supporting the Management team and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and review employment contracts, HR policies and procedures, and staff handbook
  • Manage and monitor monthly reports to assist in team member operational efficiency
  • Implement staff recruitment procedures and new team member induction processes
  • Identify training and development opportunities, organise staff training sessions, workshops, and activities
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification and experience in a manufacturing background are essential to be considered for this position, along with strong analytic, organisation and problem-solving skills.

    The ideal candidate will be patient, approachable and tactful, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise a diverse range of responsibilities.
