The Role

Working across our estate with a selection of our amazing properties (The Clermont Hotels, The Royal Horseguards Hotel, Thistle Hotels and the Hard Rock Hotel London), we are looking for a new Recruitment Coordinator to join our small but perfectly formed team at The Recruitment Hub! You will focus on recruiting the best talent, supporting hiring managers, coordinating the recruitment process from end-to-end, organising and attending recruitment roadshows, careers fairs and job centre events. You will become a guru on our internal and external recruitment platforms, making excellent use of all social media and job board tools to attract candidates for our hotels, and establish great working relationships with our hiring managers and teams on property.

What we look for

Confident and comfortable speaking with people, you will be a clear communicator and establish relationships easily. You will have previous experience of recruitment and interviewing, you will have used job boards and have working knowledge of ATS systems. Ideally you will have experience in a hospitality environment and understand the diversity of roles and opportunities available to job seekers.
