We are working with a leading engineering services company who specialise on the management of complex infrastructure and assets with a national interest.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be working with customers to deliver, enhance and maintain HRIS functionality in SuccessFactors and HCM. In this role you will add significant value to the business with your technical and functional knowledge in this area. The Solution Lead is a critical role in the organisation and takes charge of configuration, analysis, design and support of HCM and SuccessFactors including the interfaces and integration to other applications to meet the needs of the business.

1. You will provide high level technical and functional knowledge in supporting various solutions in the SAP HR (OM/PA), SuccessFactors and Payroll areas.
2. Demonstrate understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between separate functional modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HR.
3. Take responsibility for making sure that all Business Processes, Functional specification, Technical specifications, Test scripts and Training documentation are created and up to date.
4. Ensure adherence compliance to existing standards, and development of required data and reporting standards.
5. Provide support to business implementations by sharing best practice configuration skills.
6. Stay up to date with SuccessFactors releases, enhancements/new functionality, end of life plans/updates and perform application research.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Considerable hands on experience with of SuccessFactors and SAP HR design, configuration and support experience.
2. Demonstrable experience of managing and leading projects, changes and releases.
3. Good experience of integration design, configuration and support of SuccessFactors and HR.
4. Relevant certifications in Successfactors or SAP HCM or equivalent.
5. Strong knowledge of business processes and integration within HR SAP Fleet and related solutions.
6. Existing Security Clearance, or the ability to be Security Cleared.

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

1. Previous experience as a consultant or customer facing experiences.
2. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
3. Exposure to ITIL Framework.
4. Line Management experience.
