Job overview
We are looking for caring and committed individuals to join our newly created healthcare assistant team supporting our community hospitals. You’ll be permanent member staff working between two wards based at Witney community hospital.
Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be instrumental in assisting the teams to meet the changing needs of the patients, provide personal care, assist in individual patient monitoring and be a patient advocate.
Your commitment to providing excellent care at the place of the individual patient or ward need will demonstrate your patient focused approach. Working across wards in a range of shifts, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, will develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of patient specialities and ensure that the role is very rewarding.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
This role works on a 7 day rota of early, late and night sifts including weekend and Bank Holidays. Enhanced hourly rates will be paid.
