We are urgently looking for an administrator ideally 25 hours per week to work in Macclesfield.

The hours are flexible to some extent.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Communications, Engagement and Patient Experience

  • Provide a comprehensive confidential admin support service on behalf of the communications, engagement and patient experience team within the directorate including but not limited to:

    Assisting in the setting up of meetings, patient representative groups and statutory meetings with external bodies including visits to clinical areas.

  • Being involved in the setting up of audits and surveys on the digital systems available to the trust. (SNAP)
  • Assisting with the gathering of evidence and population of that evidence into spreadsheets from clinical areas to support evidence requirements of statutory bodies and local commissioning units. Eg; CQC, NICE, CCG Quality Schedule and Equality Delivery Systems
  • Assisting in the distribution of patient surveys around the trust and undertaking outreach surveys with patients and visitors when required.
  • Undertaking administrative duties on patient surveys as they come back to the department for logging, data input, collation and scanning to present outcomes to clinical teams.
  • Following up on the implementation of action plans for local and national surveys.
  • Assisting in the collection and editing of patient experience stories
  • Assisting with the annual programme of displays and promotional activity including events relating to equality
  • Assisting with organisational events as required i.e. charity
  • Assisting with promotional activity within the trust
  • Assisting with the marking of staff training workbooks and updating staff training records
