The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be key to Helping British Businesses Recover by supporting UK businesses within a responsible, sustainable, and inclusive bank.The role includes:

  • Working in Business Banking Support Centre
  • Dealing with a mixture of customer in and outbound calls
  • General business banking queries

You will need;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to engage well and engage empathetically with customers
  • To be computer literate
  • Able to navigate through systems whilst talking with customers on the telephone

Hours of work are as follows:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday Shift rotation between 7am and 8pm
  • Some Saturday shifts included between 9am and 2pm

Pay rate

  • £10.63 Per hour

Contract Length

  • 6 months with potential to of extension/permanent role
