The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be key to Helping British Businesses Recover by supporting UK businesses within a responsible, sustainable, and inclusive bank.The role includes:
- Working in Business Banking Support Centre
- Dealing with a mixture of customer in and outbound calls
- General business banking queries
You will need;
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to engage well and engage empathetically with customers
- To be computer literate
- Able to navigate through systems whilst talking with customers on the telephone

Hours of work are as follows:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday Shift rotation between 7am and 8pm
- Some Saturday shifts included between 9am and 2pm

- £10.63 Per hour
Contract Length
- 6 months with potential to of extension/permanent role
