Ocado Group is an equal opportunities employer and as such makes every effort to ensure that all potential employees are treated fairly and equally, regardless of their sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion, age, disability or union membership status.

With the continued evolution of Ocado in the UK and also our significant growth internationally, we have been thinking about what the business needs from a people partnering perspective and how we can more effectively develop and support the business.

As we launch our Strategic Partnering Model to better enable our business, we’ve created two new roles within the People function to support this, which will work in synergy with the new regional model. They will build a robust partnership to ensure that we are set up for success and our teams work effectively together across the globe.

As a Strategic People Partner you will own the strategic vision for a defined client area, and truly partner with Centres of Expertise on the mission led strategies for talent management, succession planning, diversity and wellbeing, reward and talent acquisition. Leading with a product mindset and underpinning decisions with data insights, you will create a culture of client focussed businesses whilst bridging silos and always seeking opportunities and alignment where possible, across missions.

Reporting into the People Director, Client Business, you will be accountable for ensuring the partnership between strategic and regional models is strong, you will be future focused, global in nature and mission specific and always ensure our global mission is aligned at Executive levels, whilst having a stronger focus on our strategic agenda and initiatives.

If you are passionate and obsessed by people experience, have a strategic mindset and a natural flare for partnering where you love to use data to own every decision, please read on and apply
