Maintenance Plumbing Engineer – £22-£24 an hour

Mon – Fri 10:30am – 19:00pm

This role is an exciting opportunity to work for a highly reputable Building Services company working in a Healthcare environment based in South West London.

Ideally you will be from a plumbing background, and have experience working in building services. If you are someone who can take responsibility for their own workload and are competent at maintaining log books and compliance forms, get in touch!

Duties:

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • Unblocking toilets
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Changing taps
  • Motor, Pumps
  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, etc).
  • UPS systems
  • Generators

    • Qualifications & Experience:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing
  • Clean driving licence
  • Clear DBS
  • Clear communication skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated
