We are now recruiting for an Operations Performance Improvement Manager to join us on our major project located near Newbury.

Role

To investigate, analyse and understand overall equipment and operational effectiveness for the project(s) to which they are assigned.

To work with client and Amentum staff to improve overall availability of equipment and personnel in the projects to which they are assigned.

To conduct LfE to continuously improve performance of project(s).

To identify, measure, monitor and implement improvement KPIs in support of delivery of Project schedules.

To make periodic reports to line management as required.

To implement a visual management dashboard for operational effectiveness and performance improvement.

Qualification / Experience

Ideally Degree Qualified or HNC in engineering or relevant discipline

Proven knowledge of Site Construction / Decommissioning activities and radioactive waste management.

Experience in delivering Improvement in a nuclear operations environment.

Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment

Successful applicant will be a British national and eligible to hold a SC level of security clearance.
