What does this job involve?

  • Standardise and implement robust procedures and be responsible for ensuring all inventory policies and practices are adhered to and adopted throughout the operation
  • Accountable for Inventory Control across the entire site meeting all of the businesses operational requirements for both warehouse and Co-manufacture.
  • To ensure effective planning to allow optimum deployment of stock and admin resource to provide adequate cover for a 24/7 operation
  • To lead and manage regional activities in relation to planning, vendor compliance, training, continuous improvement and quality
  • Responsible for collating warehouse Quality reporting requirements.

We are looking for people who:

  • Experience of Inventory Management in a Co-manufacture environment is advantageous
  • Working knowledge of Blue yonder, SAP and Maflow is preferable
  • Experience of working within a supply chain
  • Previous experience of managing and leading a teams
  • Previous experience of working within a warehousing environment, preferably within a food distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience of HACCP planning or working in a HACCP environment is advantageous
  • Previous experience of Managing and Maintaining complex systemic book to book
