WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

USA Job Function Description: Ensures adherence to the policies and procedures established by the company. Manages policy, standard definition and monitoring of policy, standard implementation, ensuring harmonization and consistency of risk policies. Monitors and manages risk/exposure and compliance with the company’s policies. Identifies, manages and reports on the company’s risk areas. Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of data, document retention, and monitors systems.Essential Functions/Responsibilty Statements:Supports the Risk Management function through the coordination of meetings, meeting minutes and the observation of potential opportunities.Assists in the development and maintenance of documentation, reports, process flow diagrams, presentations and training materials.Conducts research and shares findings with Risk Management team.Assists in the assessments of unit exposures using clearly defined and routine protocol; identifies and communicates potential impact. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Work Experience: 0-3 years ; Skills and Abilities: Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet common objectives.Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed. Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occassional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
