A large-scale not-for-profit organisation in Manchester is urgently seeking a new Application Support Analyst to join their team. It is a great time to be joining the business as they invest heavily in new IT systems and infrastructure. They are looking for someone to join their team and provide second line support and potentially third line support for their applications.

They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their Sale Point office and work on a hybrid model of 1-2 days in the office.

  • Previous experience working in Application Management & Support
  • An ITIL background (Qualification is desirable)
  • Microsoft Operating Environment and System
  • Strong technical understanding of at least one of the core platforms they use (D, Sitecore, Keystone, Total Mobile)
