IT Support Analyst Mac Support

Our client, a market leading, successful organisation with offices in Leith requires a passionate and hardworking IT Support Analyst with Mac support experience to join their Support Team. You will be required to work from the Leith (Edinburgh) office 2-3 days per week, with the remainder working from home.

Experience required:

  • Strong 1st and 2nd line support abilities
  • Experience supporting Macs/MacOS
  • Well versed using Office applications
  • Previously worked within organisations of around – users
  • Personable and hardworking individual
  • Excellent communication skills

    • This is a permanent role paying £28, – £30, per annum plus bonus and benefits and is based from Edinburgh.
