Our Defence Client have a rare and exciting opportunity for an accomplished DV Cleared Cloud Solution Architect to join their large team in Hook, Hampshire!
Duration : 9 months with potential for long term extension
Day Rate : Exceptional Rate on offer outside of IR35
Location : Hook, 5 days per week onsite expected (may reduce to 4 following training).
Interviews : 1 stage video interview
Start : ASAP but will wait for notice periods
Key Skills & Experience Required*
. Must hold an active DV security clearance
. A proven Cloud Solution Architecture background
. Broad understanding of Cloud technologies and principles
. A deep technical understanding of on-premise IaaS, Platforms and Workspace solutions
. Experience of working within a Scaled Agile framework
. Strong ArchiMate modelling experience.
The Opportunity
Our defence client is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to engage on a long term programme that will transform the on-premise IaaS, Platforms and Workplace capabilities.
The Solution Architect will be:
. Driving through customer strategies in a complex mixed technology environment through Enterprise Architecture collaboration;
. Defining features, requirements and development phases to achieve delivery;
. Development of solution specifications in line with business strategies and appropriate frameworks;
. Own the following Deliverables:
o Solution Architecture Overview
. Provide guidance on HLD production.
