The Role

As the Applications Support Analyst you will provide support to users and contribute to the maintenance and configuration of the CIPD’s CRM systems.

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Provide second and third line support to users of our CRM systems, including Salesforce, IntegraNG, and Coursebooker.
  • Work with users to identify and implement improvements and resolve issues.
  • Analyse and provide feedback on system change requests and issues.
  • Make configuration changes to systems as required.
  • Take part in system and integration testing to ensure adherence to agreed standards.
  • Produce relevant documentation to support change implementation and issue resolution.
  • Monitor incoming tickets to the team queue and assign / action accordingly
  • Ensure assigned change requests and tickets are managed through to delivery and resolution in line with internal service level agreements.
  • Become an expert on supported systems, applications, and services
  • Keep up to date with system roadmaps and work with the business and colleagues to plan and successfully make use of new functionality and complete system upgrades..

What You’ll Need To Be Successful 

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working with end users to troubleshoot and improve use of systems
  • Knowledge and experience of mapping and documenting processes
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience of working with one or more of the following applications: Salesforce, Consensus/Coursebooker, IntegraNG, Oracle Netsuite,
  • SagePay/Opayo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • An understanding of relational databases, especially SQL Server
