In this HR Advisor role, you will work with the wider HR and Talent team to deliver the company’s People Strategy and provide generalist HR support to people managers and colleagues across the company.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Track, monitor and report on a wide range of key HR datametrics, providing recommendations to management based on data analysis
  • Conduct case management including advice, guidance and support on performance and capability reviews, absence management, resolution of grievance and disciplinary issues, etc
  • Support the HR Business Partners with the development and delivery of business programmes and strategy, contributing to and owning a range of HR projects across the full employee life cycle
  • Manage stakeholders and partnerships internally across HR and other departments to ensure cohesive, timely, seamless and effective delivery of project goals

    • Ideally, applicants will be CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards qualification. You will also require:

  • Demonstrable experience in an operational HR role preferably within the technology industry or similar with a busy environment
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law with experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues
  • The ability to implement processes and challenge the status quo.
