DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join XP Power as someone who will be more than the average Executive Assistant, this role will need someone who is bright, personable and harbouring initiative.  Leading mini projects, co – ordinating ELT members to be on the same page and having the ability to hold highly sensitive information. These are just a few of the tasks you will be responsible for as the Executive Assistant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out administrative tasks such as; updating part numbers, commodity codes, MOQ, packaging types and resale pricing.
  • Complete NPI distribution forms to contain all necessary information to ensure the distributors have full understanding.
  • Submit datasheets alongside approval documentation for each new product.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product launches to cross reference with the webpage for accuracy of key parameters , submitting any corrections and ensuring they are actioned in good time.
  • Chasing for NPI orders from each distributors.
  • Assist the Account Manager with our specialist distributors in the sales area D2B carrying out tasks such as; Loading new projects into SalesForce, updating as and when necessary, follow each order from Identification to Production.
  • Send monthly lead time updates to all distributors
  • Collaboratively interface with enquiries from accounts moving the orders to the relevant department.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • A strong background in customer service (At least 2 years)
  • Experience in an administrative support functions
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
