We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, patient and pro-active SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with SEND to start 31 October 2022.

Experience and expertise of supporting children in the following areas would be beneficial:

  • Developing independence
  • Establishing and developing positive relationships
  • Regulating emotions
  • Managing difficulties with focus and concentration Managing demand avoidance behaviours
  • Building self-confidence and resilience
  • Managing transitions
  • Working with a therapeutic approach e.g. ELSA or Thrive
