Job Title – SEN Teacher

Salary/Rate – £26,350 – £35,000 /annum

Location – Lincolnshire, West Ashby

Contract Type – Permanent

Leader Education is working in partnership with an independent SEMH School based in Lincolnshire,

We are recruiting for an experienced Learning Support Assistant / Behaviour Support Worker to work in a specialist independent SEN School. The ages in the school range from 11 – 16 years old and a mixture of both boys and girls that have been identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, Social Emotional and Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Metachromatic Leukodystrophy Disorder.

  • To teach in a therapeutic and holistic environment
  • Ensure learning is accessible and inclusive for all learners
  • To plan, deliver and mark work
  • Excellent knowledge and the ability to teach all core subjects
  • To provide fun and engaging lessons, engaging heard to reach learners
  • This is a permanent contract
