We are working with a growing software house who have recently won some significant new contracts and looking to grow the Service Desk team. You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support across software and hardware to partners, clients and users across the UK and EU.

This is a great opportunity for candidates are eager to learn new technologies and begin their career in IT. Full training will be provided with clear progression opportunities.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Be the first point of call for clients, partners and internal users for all IT queries
  • Triage and troubleshoot systems including windows 7,8, 10, Active Directory, o, bespoke applications
  • Provide first-class customer service
  • Contribute to documentation
  • Manage tickets on ITSM tools
  • About you…

  • Passionate about customer service
  • Understanding of IT support or have previously worked on a helpdesk
  • Proven user experience of Windows OS, O
