About role:

As our Employee Share Plan Services continues to grow, we are looking for Share Plan Administrators to join our established operational team who are responsible for the delivery of service. The role offers the chance to learn both valuable business skills whilst also developing specialist knowledge of share plans, alongside broader share market knowledge.

Business function

Our large Share Plans operations team is made up of a number of sub teams that carry our different elements of our services, with some teams focused on specific share plans and others providing shared services. Due to the breadth and variety of EQ’s Share Plan service, we are able to provide our team members with fantastic opportunities to develop their knowledge and progress within our wider team.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Administration of share plan records
  • Working with data files
  • Processing of customer instructions
  • Resolution of customer enquiries
  • Delivering key share plan tasks events

Skills & Knowledge and Qualification

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of what great customer service is
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Please note, we are looking for full time candidates for these roles and there is an initial requirement to work from our office based in Worthing during your period of training. After training there will be the opportunity to work on a more flexible hybrid basis, combining some days working from home and some in the office each week.
