What are we looking for?
We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic, versatile, and experienced Facilities Manager based at our head office in Milton Keynes. Every day will present a new opportunity as we continually expand and grow our company.
This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it, here is just a flavour of what you can expect:
You will be responsible for the provision and management of the Facilities Management Services, Support, process, and compliance for the Dawsongroup Head office function
Oversee the Facilities team and maintain the good condition of infrastructure and ensuring the overall facilities and working environment is suitable, and safe.
Responsible for continually improving working practices and identify areas for future maintenance improvements
Review existing contracts for efficiency, effectiveness and value.
Co-ordinating and planning essential business services such as building and grounds maintenance, cleaning, waste disposal, security, etc
What do I need?
Recognised qualification in Health and Safety Management (NEBOSH or higher)
Working knowledge of health and safety procedures, legislation, and statutory compliance as well as, environmental and maintenance routines
Experience of monitoring alarm system hardware and electronic devices
New build & relocation experience
Well-developed interpersonal skills, you will be organised, proactive, and able to manage projects
