Adecco are delighted to be working with our client, a travel payment and expense management company, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor/KYC Administrator to join their team in Chiswick. This role will be to act as first point of contact for all incoming customer related queries via calls and emails.

Customer Service Advisor and KYC Administrator

Based in Chiswick

Permanent role

Salary: £28,

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00- 5:30pm

Duties:

  • To assist with information or queries from customers.
  • To assist with enrolment of programs and contract on boarding.
  • Understanding and supporting efforts including answering product and service related questions to prospects and providing all necessary information
  • Applying a service oriented philosophy – respond to customers within agreed SLA, ensuring a prompt service delivery
  • To ensure any non-contact tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Forward any cases in a timely manner where the query cannot be resolved on the 1st contact, using 2nd level support teams
  • To assist the KYC analysts with day to day duties, including performing administrative duties, management and performing KYC checks
  • Skills/Experience:
