Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting for genuinely caring full or part time experienced Support Workers to support individuals with acquired brain injuries to regain their social, cognitive and independence skills, and to develop confidence. We currently have positions at our residential home The Woodlands and also positions to support people within their own homes and out in the community.

At the Woodlands we provide support for 14 individuals who have a brain injury. As a support worker you will help deliver bespoke person centred care set around rehabilitation and re-enablement for our individuals to reach their goals and a more independent quality of life.

Requirements:

We are preferring Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running, however we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
