Trainee Assistant Manager, Belfast

Full Time/Permanent + Immediate Start

Basic Salary: £19,271 – £21,500+ bonus, OTE £26,000+

Talos360 are currently working with one of Europe’s largest sports retailers who are currently looking for an Assistant Manager in their Belfast store. They put their customers at the heart of everything they do and enjoy creating a personal, relaxing shopping environment to suit every budget and taste.

To be the Assistant  Manager  for the store in York, you will have the retail instinct and enjoy operating in volume-driven, highly seasonal trading environments. You will need to have great leadership and people skills to be able to drive, develop and motivate your team, and deliver a top-performing store. Most important is to have a keen interest in sports to help you engage with customers and your sales team. 

Ideally, you will be currently working as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Sales Manager, and Department Manager for a customer-focused retailer looking for a new career challenge.
