Stroud Resourcing is looking for a dedicated and skilled Ward Nurse (Surgical Ward) to join our client`s inclusive and thriving team in North West London. This full-time ward nursing role comes with an attractive salary of £37,000 and a fantastic benefits package.
As a Ward Nurse, you will join a top private hospital where nursing teams benefit from continued training and development, the nurse-to-patient ratio creates a real opportunity to care for patients, and feedback is constantly sought from employees on how to improve their service. Your working hours will be 37.5 hours per week with 13 shifts every 4 weeks and an internal rotation of day and night shifts.
You can expect to:
– Care for your patients and support them pre-and post-operatively
– Ensure all of your patients have a 5-star experience
– Support the Ward Manager and Senior Nurses with the ward`s day-to-day running
– Suggest new and improved ways of working
