Site Manager/Agent – Yorkshire – Groundworks
Our client is a well know civil engineering sub-contractor with offices throughout the North of England
They are in growth phase and are looking for talented individuals to join their site delivery team in Yorkshire delivering Road, Sewer and Drainage schemes up to £2 million throughout the region.
You should have worked at a similar management level for civil engineering contractors working as site based number 1.
It is likely that you will be from an engineering background, but applications are invited from established managers from a trade background.
You will be comfortable liaising with main contractors, identifying variations, issuing early warning notices and be an excellent man manager.
You must have a CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS and a 1st aid certificate would be beneficial
