Position: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Location: Stratford

Rate: £300 p/d Depending on Experience

Start Date: ASAP

Do you have a Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying? Have you got 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience? Are you looking to progress your skills further? If so, this opportunity could be right for you!

This is an amazing opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity who is looking for that next stepping stone to finally gain exposure in the role of a Quantity Surveyor.

The position is to work as part of a joint venture on a huge maintenance contract for one of the biggest sporting hubs in London which cost just under £500m! The contract will include a number of upgrades, improvement schemes as well as stand alone projects ranging from highways, roads, building refurbishments and general civil/infrastructure works.

The contract is set to run until the end of 2023 making it a great long term freelance position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a Quantity Surveying role.
  • Experience working on civil engineering projects
  • Higher level (HNC or Degree) qualification in construction, engineering or related discipline.
  • Able to travel to Stratford area
