Randstad are delighted to be working with a well known professional services company who are recruiting for a Change Manager to join their multi-lingual contact centre, representing a range of prestigious brands, based in Liverpool city centre.
Main Duties:
Project manage and lead on a range of strategic change initiatives.
Ensure all colleagues are aware of the principles of the changes ensuring compliance and an attitude of continuous improvement.
Embed continuous improvement techniques within the business.
Experience:
Strong project management experience and PRINCE2 qualified.
A background in service transition and establishing new services, ideally from within a contact centre environment.
Comfortable working within a multi-lingual environment.
