Randstad are delighted to be working with a well known professional services company who are recruiting for a Change Manager to join their multi-lingual contact centre, representing a range of prestigious brands, based in Liverpool city centre.

Main Duties:

  • Project manage and lead on a range of strategic change initiatives.
  • Ensure all colleagues are aware of the principles of the changes ensuring compliance and an attitude of continuous improvement.
  • Embed continuous improvement techniques within the business.
  • Experience:

  • Strong project management experience and PRINCE2 qualified.
  • A background in service transition and establishing new services, ideally from within a contact centre environment.
  • Comfortable working within a multi-lingual environment.
