    We are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading sport charity in the West Midlands which help young people move into education and employment. We are searching for a diligent and capable part time administrator to assist with an upcoming audit and backlog of administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities

  • General administration support
  • Assisting with HR and financial administrative tasks
  • Handling and screening incoming and taking messages
  • Managing incoming mail and distributing throughout the office
  • Maintaining records and filing documentation
  • Photocopying and binding
  • Processing invoices
  • Criteria

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Ability to work in partnership and support the HR and finance team
  • Computer literate – Comfortable working on a number of systems
  • Help assist with data entry tasks
