Human Resources Administrator
- Reports to: Head of HR
- Location: Nottingham
- Salary: £20,000-£22,000
- Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Nottingham.
Main Duties
- To provide advice and support to staff and line managers on a range of Organisational Development and HR matters including recruitment, absence management, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and conditions of employment;
- To be the HR lead on cross College learning and development activity and maintain up to date and accurate CPD records;
- Produce data, reports and statistical analysis using the HR system that are relevant to College requirements; and
- To provide advice and guidance to ensure all College safeguarding obligations are adhered to at all times.

- Carry out duties as a First Aider as and when required
Requirements
- CIPD level 3 qualification or working towards;
- GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as part of an Organisational Development and HR Team;
- Excellent level of digital literacy;
- Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;
- Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
- Up-to-date occupational experience; and
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
