Viewer – Chester

As a member of our Chester Residential Agency team you will play an integral part in representing Strutt & Parker, acting as a first point of contact for our clients, alongside this there will be some administrative duties required in order to support our team.

The role:

  • Conducting viewings on behalf of the sales team with prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Strutt & Parker when interacting with clients of potential clients.
  • Driving sales through the recommendation of Strutt & Parker services and the support of our sales teams based in offices.
  • Providing exceptional customer services in all client interaction.
  • Providing feedback to the office, or clients as required, following viewings.

  • Experience is not essential but would be preferred
  • Experience in a customer service or client facing role managing high end clientele
  • Demonstrates a professional approach to dealing with clients
  • Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and in person
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Good organisational and co-ordination skills
