The Background

I am recruiting for an Alteryx ETL Developer to join one of the UK’s leading Oil & Gas organisation on a contract basis. In this role you will be responsible for Design and Development ETL workflow and datasets in Alteryx. Please note this is a hybrid working opportunity where you will be on site 2 days a week in central London.

You

To be a successful Alteryx ETL Developer you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Alteryx software including Alteryx Designer, Alteryx Server and tools with Alteryx such as Predictive, Parsing and Transforms
  • Good understanding of unit testing, software change management and data models in the existing data warehouse
  • Experience writing SQL queries against and RDBMS
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    • The Role

    As an Alteryx ETL Developer you will Design and develop ETL workflows and datasets in Alteryx to be used by the BI reporting tools such as Power BI. You will prepare technical specifications and documentation for Alteryx workflows supporting BI reports and perform end to end Data validation. You will also write complex SQL queries on multiple tables.
