We are working with an award wining construction business who are looking to grow their Application Support Team.

This role is Hybrid working with 3 days required on-site.

The Role

  • Provide 2nd line support
  • Liaise with 3rd party application providers to work any support issues logged through to conclusion.
  • Produce and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor application availability and performance, perform testing, resolve issues and conduct optimisation as appropriate.
  • About You

  • They are looking for a proactive and driven individual with excellent business acumen and a proactive attitude to IT support.
  • On the technical side you will be supporting Microsoft Dynamics, so experience with this will be highly preferential although not essential.
  • Must be able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Must be capable of defining a problem and applying a problem-solving methodology to prevent repeat occurrences of issues.
  • Must be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, whilst adhering to SLAs.
  • Must demonstrate good technical and non-technical communication skills (verbal and written)..
  • Continuous commitment to service improvement and customer satisfaction.
