    What will your typical day look like?

    In this role, youll leverage your strong foundation of HR knowledge, to problem solve, manage escalations and determine solutions, coordinate work, to support Talent inquiries across the firm.

    You will lead annual events, special projects, as well as be responsible for monitoring process SLAs (service level agreements);
    Appropriately support and/or route escalations to resolve complex matters;
    Assess daily volumes and escalations from team to help the leadership team make informed decisions;
    Review and amend process and system guides due to changes to business processes as a result of policy changes, process improvement or lessons learned;
    Train team members on process to ensure their knowledge of the processes and successful integration into the team and the talent organization;
    Work with Talent Services Leaders to provide insight into performance gaps to inform training needs and requirements;
    Develop relationships with individuals in other COEs (Total Rewards, Mobility, Benefits, Finance, IT) to build mutually beneficial working relationships;
    Maintains an understanding and awareness of all Talent Services processes and provides backup support to peers when needed;
    Perform data entry in HR systems in accordance with policies and procedures ensuring the information is processed timely and accurately (hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, status change, termination);
    Provide functional expertise and specialized process administration various HRIS systems;
    Own a manageable caseload of service requests including Talent requests.

    About the team

    As a key member of the Talent Services team, and reporting into the Manager, Talent Services you will coordinate the daily administration of human resources service requests. You will monitor the incoming ServiceNow requests to ensure SLAs and standards for customer service are met to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery from the team. In addition, you will also be responsible for training and escalations for specific HR processes.

    You are someone who has:

    A minimum of 3 years HR or equivalent business experience, with demonstrated knowledge of a variety of human resource functions and employee lifecycle (e.g. hiring, departures, benefits, leaves);
    Well versed in Talent procedures and policies;
    Strong technical knowledge of various HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors) and case management system (ServiceNow);
    An eye for detail and proven ability to manage individual caseload, as well as support other firm initiatives and projects;
    Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a sense of leadership;
    Ability to develop strong connections, manage stakeholder expectations and work collaboratively across all levels of the firm;
    Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
    Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
