Global Sales Enablement Manager

UK preferred but flexible, work from home will be considered (full-time, part-time employment will be considered)

Overview

We ae looking to appoint a Global Sales Enablement Manager. The primary function of this role is to support the Global Head of Sales to ensure that the Abbey DLD sales team have the tools required to help them successfully achieve sales targets across the 3 Abbey DLD Colleges. You will need to be highly organised, detail focused and able to operate with autonomy. The ideal candidate should also be capable of seeing projects through to completion and should be proactive in identifying and removing sales barriers.

Experience of student recruitment with the international education sector would be an advantage but is not essential to this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in creating training materials and agent manuals so that the sales team have easy to use documents to use when training agents and on-boarding new staff.
  • Head up all direct student recruitment plans, working in partnership with digital marketing and regional sales managers, to ensure that these are effective and produce quality leads.
  • Take on a CRM champion role by overseeing the development and launch of a new CRM system. Upon launch you will continue to develop the CRM as required, and will be responsible for ensuring the sales team are trained and utilising the CRM on a daily basis.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to ensure marketing materials (offline & online) are fit for purpose and available at the right point in the sales cycle.
  • Organise and attend sales conferences, FAM trips, and agent training events both in the UK and overseas.
  • Assist the Global Head of Sales with target setting and tracking, forecasting, budget management, coaching and problem solving as required.
  • Identify and remove sales barriers to enable the global sales team to achieve their sales target.
  • Actively remain informed of student recruitment trends, identifying opportunities to maximise student recruitment and providing management information.
  • Some regional sales responsibilities may be required, and cover is expected should there be vacancies within the team. On occasion, line management may be required.
  • Willing to travel to each college on a monthly basis, and available to overseas travel as required.

  • Knowledge of student recruitment from a range of markets, allowing you to offer hands on and strategic guidance to sales staff across all regions.
