Commercial Contract Manager needed in Huntingdon paying per hr- Reference: 10109 

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

  • Support and manage specific projects relating to the Waste PFI contract to reduce cost and risk to the waste service.
  • Ensure the client understands its legal and contractual obligations to a level that allows it to make commercial decisions at the point of ownership, throughout delivery and contract variation.
  • Actively contribute to other procurements, commercial arrangements, development projects, plans and processes.
  • Provide professional, commercial, legal and technical advice, project management support and capacity in relation to commercial and contract strategy development, change management, service and infrastructure delivery.
  • To project manage complex pieces of work in relation to the Waste PFI contract and ensure that variations to the contract are agreed and managed to reflect the obligations, performance and risks identified
