Housing Association in the Shrewsbury area currently require Mental Health Support Workers.
Job Purpose:
We are currently looking to recruit a Specialist Mental Health Support Workers based at our rehabilitation and recovery service. The role will provide recovery-focused support to individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs, working as part of a 24 hour service. Demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding in line with policy and procedure you will support customers with life skills and empower them to build successful relationships within their community as they develop skills to better manage their health and well-being and increase levels of independence as they move through the service.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who would like to join our team in order to deliver good quality service to vulnerable adults.
* Able to work flexibly within a 24hr Rota system, which will include evenings, weekend working and sleep in shifts
– £10.91 per hour (Zero Hour contract)
– £19,800 Per Annum
