Job Title: Senior Architect
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (flexible, depending on experience)
Location: London

Calibre Search are looking for Senior Architects to join the London based Architecture team of our client, a national multi-disciplinary consultancy who cover a multitude of different disciplines including Architecture, Project Management, Cost Management, Building Surveying and Engineering.

With an exciting portfolio of work ranging from designing Headquarter buildings, manufacturing and F1 teams facilities, Educational buildings, Hospitality buildings, Leisure and Stadia buildings, Offices and one-off commissions, you’ll be kept on your toes with a diverse and dynamic range projects.

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Associates on a day-to-day basis and ultimately to the Practice Partners.
  • Will be a Design and Project Lead, coordinating internal and external multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Be a day-to-day point of contact for clients and external stakeholders.
  • Post qualification experience
  • Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion
  • Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design project
  • A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, life long learning
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  • Self motivated and able to take responsibility
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team

    • Experience / Skills

  • Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience is essential
  • Advanced 3D capabilities
  • Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
  • Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
  • Knowledge of UK best practice standards
  • Post qualification experience
