SALARY: Up to £35, per annum

THE ROLE:
A talented legal conveyancer is required to join a highly regarded High Street practise as part of their successful market leading team. This role will see the successful Conveyancing Solicitor handling work across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing; especially in the areas of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity and Lease extensions. This firm takes particular pride in delivering exceptional levels of client care, with full CQS accreditation and a track record of investing heavily in ongoing professional development. As a new member of this team you will share their passion for excellent service delivery and will thrive upon positive client feedback. THE CANDIDATE:
It is anticipated that you will have gained a minimum of one years previous experience within conveyancing and will have the ability to hit the ground running with an established caseload. The successful candidate will be a solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer and will have a proven track record of fee earning. You will be technically strong and will have a high level of IT literacy.
