We’re hiring energetic, fun support workers to join our new specialist supported living service in Dorrington!

Who you will be supporting:

You will be supporting a very active young lady with a passion for sports and accessing the community regularly. You’ll receive training to provide supportive care while attending activities such as going out to watch football and cricket matches, learn new recipes for home cooking, and enjoy some gaming. If you share these interests and are kind, as well as understanding, you’ll do great in this role!

What you will be doing:

The support worker role is fundamental to providing the very best care and support. This role includes:

  • Using therapeutic activities as part of a person-centred support plan.
  • Helping the young lady access the local community through day trips, visiting shops, parks, football matches, and more.
  • Working with an outstanding team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Using your admin skills to record and complete essential, daily documentation.
  • At the end of your day, you’ll go home with the biggest smile on your face knowing you’ve made a difference to someone’s life.

  • Previous care experience NOT required!
