The Job

Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team, working alongside the Engineering Manager. You will help coordinate and coach the development teams on Agile methodologies to create teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Define and enhance Ways of Working procedures for Programme & Project areas
  • Coordinate, record and action Agile ceremonies across multiple development teams
  • Remove conflict and resolve blockers from team members
  • Reporting of product maturity
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Product Owners to refine backlogs
  • Manage and control access groups for Atlassian Tools (specifically Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Big Picture and Insight)
  • Tracking project processes and deliverables

    • What we are looking for in you:

  • Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g Scrum or Kanban)
  • Good knowledge of the SAFe Values and Principles
  • Previous experience as Scrum Master

    • Additional information:

  • Hybrid working likely but not guaranteed
  • Security requirements: SC + ITAR

    • This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a Criminal Record Check and you must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct access to ITAR Material, therefore we can only consider UK Nationals for this position.     The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.
