Lead the requirements elicitation process on projects, including activities and deliverables for defining the business opportunity/problem, planning, and executing business analysis activities.

Conduct requirements validation with key stakeholders, gaining appropriate approvals, and manage the change processes for requirements documentation.

Produce, critically review, and evaluate any proposed business solutions identifying alignment with business strategies making recommendations to key stakeholders ensuring that they are fully aware of key risks and assumptions.

Continually evaluate the quality of deliverables including those of 3rd parties to ensure the product is fit for purpose and able to meet the defined acceptance criteria.

Use your knowledge of analysis best practice to benefit the wider team suggesting improvements to ways of working and conducting well considered peer reviews of analysis deliverables.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • International Institute of Business Analysis CCBA: Certification of capability in business analysis. and/or British Computer Society Professional or experienced in Business Analysis for a minimum of 5 years
  • Knowledge of change and transformation strategies with the ability to develop, influence and own portfolios.
  • A logical thinker who has a proven track record of being able to work with cross functional teams leading and shaping business solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise own and others workload.
  • The ability to demonstrate examples of end to end project involvement and the ability to collate large amounts of data and produce reports using Business Objects and Power BI.
  • The ability to meet clients face to face to conduct surveys and complete research as per the demands of the projects you will support
  • The ability to act autonomously and manage your own diary and workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Desirable expereince:

  • International Institute of Business Analysis CBAP: Certified business analysis professional.
  • Degree in data science or similar.
  • Previous experience of the private healthcare sector or other regulated industry with a major focus on governance and compliance.
  • Would benefit from experience in leading change management relating to the human aspects of change. (Prosci practitioner or similar).
  • Policy and procedure implementation.
