You will be working with a leading Chartered Accountancy firm, offering Audit, Risk and Financial Advisory, Tax and Consulting services, to recruit for a Corporate Tax Consultant given business development and success. You will be joining a Business Tax Practice which delivers comprehensive and innovative solutions to clients across the globe, from international corporations to privately owned companies and owner managed businesses. Your new role
As a Tax Consultant, you will manage your own portfolio and deliver a great services to enviable collection of exciting businesses. You will provide technical advice on various projects, including cross border transactions. You will also review UK corporate tax returns carried out by more junior members of tax, and calculate tax provisions for inclusion in financial statements. A collaborative and pro-active environment, you will be involved in strategy building and delivery, working closely within your team and other disciplines. Further to this, you will gain the opportunity to broaden your knowledge, being involved in exciting areas such as international tax, M&A, restructuring and HMRC negotiations.
What you’ll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will be ACA/CA/CTA qualified with experience of advising UK corporate clients. Ideally, you will have a proven track record within the tax sphere, however, qualified applicants with a background in another Practice discipline will also be considered. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pro-active nature.
