Your new role
As a an Assistant Procurement Manager you will be part of the broader HR & Professional Services (Tax, Legal, Audit & Consultancy) Procurement team looking after the sourcing of contingent labour, recruitment and Learning and Development. In this role you will be collaborating with colleagues globally to help deliver on the global talent procurement strategy. You will play an active role in executing the category strategy and policy. You will be responsible for conducting contract management and negotiation to ensure value add to the business.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a great influences with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and understand and negotiate contracts.
You will have Procurement experience to carry out end-to-end procurement duties.
You will have experience with contract management to carry out contract negotiations.
You will have excellent communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and suppliers.
You will be able to perform well in a pressurised environment.
You will be motivated and show a proactive approach.
