Your new role
This is a brand new role which has been created due to organisational success! Working with the Director of Strategy, you will be responsible for core EA duties inclusive of budgetary management, stakeholder management, administration management as well as team management. This is a busy, multifaceted role that will see you overseeing the professional services operation as well as supporting with overseas facilities. More than support, you will be involved in key strategic plans for the operation and be a valued voice in the team!
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience as an office manager, EA or PA in a large and complex organisation is essential for this post! You will have a positive attitude to be able to confidently influence change and lead from the front resulting in a positive working environment. Your experience managing complex diaries, managing corporate documentation and working towards deadlines will see you thrive in this post. Your confident communication style alongside your refined interpersonal skills will allow you to build and maintain essential relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. You will be available at short notice and come with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude!

This 35 hour working week offers a full time salary equivalent of £36,300 pa, resulting in an hourly rate of over £19.50ph. You will also receive holiday pay in addition to this! Running for a minimum of 3 months, this post does have the potential for extension and even permanent prospects for the right candidate!
