Your new company
You will be working for a Government Regulator based in Canary Wharf, who are looking to recruit an Interim HR Coordinator, until the end of December 2022. This role is to cover a temporary promotion within the team, so has the possibility of extension/permanent opportunity.
You will work in the office, 4 days per month and the role is 37 hours per week. Pay rate is £19 per hour via PAYE or £21 per hour via Umbrella Company. Your new role
Within an organisation of 1,000 staff, you will report to the Head of Pay and Reward, and this role is required to provide HR support, as well as supporting a number of HR projects. Your duties will include;

  • Proving HR administration support to an HR Ops team of 7-10 staff
  • Support the Diversity and Inclusion Lead with launching the D&I survey and assessing the results
  • Support the HR Director with an HR Review, attending meetings etc
  • What you’ll need to succeed
    You must have recently worked at HR Coordinator/HR Assistant level, within in the public sector, ideally Civil Service. Please only apply if you are immediately available, or on 1-2 weeks’ notice as a maximum. This role will interview on 30th August, to start w/c 5th September.
